This document explains the terms in which Accional – Publicidade e Comunicação Visual, Lda. (hereinafter “Accional”) collects, uses and processes the data and information of its customers through its applications.
Accional ensures the privacy of its customers as well as the personal data submitted by them, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“RGPD”), being responsible for the https://accional.pt website (hereinafter, the “Sítio ”).
We request the attentive and careful reading of this Privacy Policy, to clarify customers regarding the data collected, purposes of collection, treatment thereof and their rights.
This Privacy Policy applies to data collected and processed in connection with customer interaction with the Accional website.
Accional collects data from its readers through the following platforms:
Identification and contact: name and email address, gender, telephone contact, and address. Whenever a customer registers or places an order.
List of purchased items: information on the items that the customer has purchased in their reserved area.
Anonymous information: registration of activity and navigation on the Site.
Accional does not intentionally collect (nor is it able to distinguish) data from minors under the age of 16. However, in the event that information has been collected on minors, Accional will immediately delete the data.

Accional customers have and can exercise the following rights in relation to their personal data:
Right to Information – at the time of collection or processing, the holder of personal data has the right to be informed about the purpose of the treatment, conditions of access and rectification and which mandatory and optional data will be collected.
Right of Access – the holder of personal data has the right to access them, without restrictions or delays, as well as to know what information is available about the origin of the data, purposes of processing and communication of the same to third parties.
Right of Rectification – the holder has the right to demand that the data concerning him/her be accurate and up-to-date, and may request rectification at any time.
Right of Erasure – the data subject has the right to have their data no longer subject to treatment, be erased and eliminated, under certain conditions, in the event of:
Right to Limitation of Treatment – the holder of personal data has the right to be limited only to what is essential for the purpose of treatment.
In order to exercise their rights, the data subject must send an email with their request to privacidade@accional.pt.
The collected data are processed for the period strictly necessary to carry out the specific purpose of each one.
The identification data of registered customers and the list of purchased items are kept as long as their relationship with the customer is maintained, and will therefore remain until the customer proceeds to delete their registration on the Accional website or, at the limit, until the end of the data retention periods established by law.
For the purposes of commercial transactions and fulfillment of legal billing obligations, the data will be kept for the legally foreseen period for the fulfillment of legal obligations, as well as for contesting legal situations and for as long as they remain.
